The art of getting the right balance between sports and activities, fixtures and coaching, learning and freetime are the cornerstones of our approach to organising your tour to Holland. The MasterClass Holland sports programme features a two half day training sessions with our expert coaching team, two evening fixtures against local opposition and of course the MasterClass tournament at the end of the week. Our management team go to great pains to ensure we recruit (from our extensive portfolio of quality coaching personnel) exactly the right staff, officials and coaches for your group. Our sports programme, tournament arrangements and coaching schedule culminate in a prize giving ceremony, where every team's achievements are recognised and rewarded with medals and trophies.

Our coaches all work with and endorse our MasterClass Coaches 'code of ethics' as well as fulfilling our stringent checks in terms of CRB clearance, independent references and qualification referencing. Our coaches are all also fully briefed on our MasterClass coaches 'child protection policy', along with our emergency procedures, risk assessment functions and formal disciplinary procedure.
